Recipe: Red Snapper


  • Red snapper filet (skin on) – 6 piece
  • Old Bay spice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 lemon slices into round slices
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • A sprinkle of rosemary


  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
  2. Add the rosemary and lemon slices, sauté until change slightly in color.
  3. Add the fish and sauté for 5 minutes on each side.
  4. Cover and cook for an additional 3 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve with grilled tomatoes and garlic.
