- 8:00 AM – Full Body Core Strength (Midlevel & Advanced)
- 12:00 PM – Full Body Core Strength (Beginner & Senior)
Wednesday
- 8:00 AM Full Body Core Strength (Midlevel & Advanced)
- 6:00 PM – Zumba & Dance

- 8:00 AM – Cardio – Strength Fusion (Endurance)
