  • 12:00 PM – Full Body Core Strength (Beginner & Senior)
  • 6:00 PM – Just Dance

Tuesday

  • 8:00 AM – Full Body Core Strength (Midlevel & Advanced)
  • 12:00 PM – Full Body Core Strength (Beginner & Senior)

Wednesday

  • 8:00 AM Full Body Core Strength (Midlevel & Advanced)
  • 6:00 PM – Zumba & Dance

Thursday

  • 8:00 AM – Cardio – Strength Fusion (Endurance)
  • 9:30 AM – Calisthenics & Full Body Stretch
  • 5:00 PM Full Body Core Strength (Beginner & Senior)

Friday

  • 9:30 AM – Mixed Dynamic Circuits
  • 12:00 PM – Barre & Stretch
