Recipe: Mom’s Creamy Hummus
Ingredients:
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor.
2. Blend until very smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
3. If the consistency is too thick, add a little water or olive oil and blend again.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
5. Garnish with paprika, cumin and chopped parsley.
6. Serve with a drizzle of olive oil and enjoy with pita bread, veggies, or as a spread.
