Recipe: Fall French Vanilla Smoothie

Blend:

  • 1 Frozen Banana, in chunks
  • 1 scoop Promix French Vanilla protein powder
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • Handful ice cubes
  • Sprinkle smoothie with 1/2 tsp rolled oats
