Executive Chef with 7+ years of experience leading the design, development, and execution of innovative menus and recipes for upscale restaurants, casual cafes, and private clients. Hands-on Kitchen Leader focused on building highly skilled culinary teams to deliver the highest quality dishes while reducing food waste, maximizing margins, and maintaining health and safety standards.

Chef Matt has great versatile experiences in the culinary world including Norwegian cruise line, as a sous chef and then executive chef in well-known local restaurants, and executive chef and founder of Chef Matt’s Culinary Creations LLC.

He has a passion for nutrition and food as a means for improving health. He enjoys teaching people healthy and simple cooking skills.
