ReBloom™ Comprehensive Care

ReBloom™ is our most complete approach to menopause and midlife health.

This program includes endocrinology-led hormone therapy along with structured nutrition, fitness, and body composition support to address the full physiology of midlife. It is not separate from medical care, but a more integrated way of delivering it.

Hormone therapy within ReBloom™ is prescribed and managed by your Nutriamed provider, with ongoing monitoring and adjustment. Bioidentical hormone therapy may be incorporated when appropriate based on your individual treatment plan.

In addition to medical care, ReBloom™ includes:

• Nutrition support aligned with metabolism and energy

• Strength and movement through the Nutriamed Method

• Body composition tracking with ongoing interpretation

• Structured follow-up and consistent guidance

Medical Hormone Care

This option offers a focused, endocrinology-led approach to hormone therapy.

It includes medical evaluation and treatment without additional structured nutrition or fitness support.

Care includes:

• Follow-up visits based on clinical needs

• Lab evaluation when appropriate

All visits are cash pay. Medications are prescribed when appropriate and filled through insurance when possible.
