Janet’s coaching work is centered on empowering individuals to believe in themselves. She helps people recognize their intrinsic worth and build the confidence to live their best lives—relationally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. With a supportive and compassionate approach, Janet partners with clients to develop healthy habits that evolve into meaningful rituals for lifelong wellness.

Janet’s professional background reflects decades of experience helping people grow, thrive, and reach their potential across diverse settings. She began her career in the casino industry, where she planned and coordinated conventions and large-scale events. She later founded and operated her own independent convention planning business, strengthening her expertise in leadership, organization, client service, and relationship­ building.

Janet went on to become a certified Parenting Educator Trainer and established a nonprofit, school-based organization serving Southern New Jersey. In this role, she trained and supported Parenting Educators, enabling them to deliver high-quality programs to their peers and strengthen families within their communities.

She also served as a mentor with the Champions of Youth Program in Atlantic City, supporting high school students in identifying their strengths, building resilience, and pursuing meaningful goals.

Today, Janet brings this depth of experience to her coaching practice—combining structure with warmth and motivation with compassion. Her work is grounded in the belief that lasting change is possible when people feel genuinely seen, supported, and encouraged.
