This option is designed for women seeking endocrinologist-led hormone therapy without additional lifestyle or fitness programming.

Care includes a comprehensive initial consultation, personalized hormone treatment planning, medication management, and follow-up visits based on clinical needs. Labs are ordered as appropriate to guide safe and effective care.

• Initial Consultation: $250

• Follow-Up Visits: $125

All visits are cash pay. Medications are prescribed when appropriate and filled through insurance when possible.

ReBloom™ Comprehensive Menopause Care Plan

Menopause affects more than hormone levels alone. Changes in metabolism, sleep, mood, weight, bone health, and muscle preservation often occur together.

ReBloom™ is Nutriamed’s structured menopause care plan that integrates hormone therapy with nutrition, movement, and body composition tracking. This approach allows care to evolve alongside your physiology and supports long-term health rather than short-term symptom relief.

ReBloom™ begins after your initial menopause consultation and serves as the ongoing care pathway for women seeking more comprehensive, guided support.

What ReBloom™ Includes

Hormone therapy is managed by your Nutriamed provider with scheduled follow-up visits, typically six weeks after initiation and then every three months.
