- Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
 - Add the rosemary and lemon slices, sauté until change slightly in color.
 - Add the fish and sauté for 5 minutes on each side.
 - Cover and cook for an additional 3 minutes on each side.
 - Serve with grilled tomatoes and garlic.
