Recipe: Hot Gym Date – Pre Workout Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 Dates (pre-soaked makes for easier blending!)
  • 1/2 Frozen banana

  • 1 scoop Chocolate or Vanilla Promix whey isolate
  • Ceylon cinnamon as desired
  • 1 tsp Expresso powder (if desired) (36mg caffeine)
  • 1 cup Skim or 1% milk (or nut milk of choice – will affect calorie, protein and carb totals)
  • Ice to desired thickness
  • Optional top with sprinkle of salt
