Recipe: Grilled Chicken Tenderloins

Directions:
1. Add the chicken tenders, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub with olive oil and thyme and let marinate for at least 30min.
2. Spray the griddle with a thin layer of avocado oil. turn on medium heat
3. Cook for 3 minutes on each side.
4. Add more seasoning as you cook if desired, and cook for 1 more minutes.
5. Add 2 tablespoons of water to the griddle and cover it.
6. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley or basil leaves, and serve warm.
