Nutriamed’s Culinary Experience is a recurring hands-on cooking class designed to bridge the gap between medical insight and everyday living. Each experience is introduced with clinical insight from Dr. Samar Bursheh, a practicing endocrinologist and metabolic health specialist, who connects the evening’s theme to metabolic health, inflammation, menopause, muscle preservation, GLP-1 support, longevity science, and other key aspects of long-term wellness.

The kitchen portion of the evening is led by Chef Matt of Chef Matt’s Culinary Creations. With more than 18 years of professional kitchen experience, Chef Matt guides guests through refined yet approachable hands-on cooking while sharing professional techniques that elevate both flavor and presentation.

Together, this collaboration brings medical insight and culinary expertise into one immersive experience. The result is an evening that combines education, culinary indulgence, and practical lifestyle transformation in a setting designed to make healthy living both enjoyable and sustainable.

A Typical Evening Culinary Experience

A typical evening follows a thoughtfully paced structure:

6:00 – 6:20 pm: Welcome and social connection

6:20 pm: Introduction and overview of the evening’s clinical theme

6:25 pm: Aprons on and hand washing

6:30 – 7:30 pm: Guided hands-on cooking with step-by-step instruction

7:30 – 8:15 pm: Enjoy your freshly prepared meal with sides and accompaniments

8:15 – 8:30 pm: Dessert, wrap-up discussion, Q&A, and photos

Guests receive a curated Nutriamed gift bag including educational materials and a branded cooking spoon.

BYO wine is welcome for those who wish to enjoy a glass with dinner.
