Nutriamed’s Fitness Program Class Schedule

Nutriamed offers a structured weekly fitness schedule as part of The Nutriamed Method™, our guided movement approach designed to support strength, posture, flexibility, and long-term physical function.

Classes are organized within Nutriamed’s fitness programs and incorporate controlled strength training, core and posture-focused movement, mobility and stretching, and joint-supportive conditioning. Each session is intentionally designed to align with Nutriamed’s approach to metabolic health, hormone balance, and healthy aging.

You can explore our weekly schedule and book available sessions using the options below. Fitness offerings are available through class memberships, small-group training, and as part of integrated medical and fitness care plans.

  • 9:30 AM – Full Body Core Strength (Midlevel & Advanced)
  • 12:00 PM – Full Body Core Strength (Beginner & Senior)
  • 5:00 PM – Full Body Core Strength (Midlevel & Advanced)

Tuesday

  • 8:00 AM – Full Body Core Strength (Midlevel & Advanced)
  • 12:00 PM – Full Body Core Strength (Beginner & Senior)
  • 5:30 PM – Yoga

Wednesday

  • 8:00 AM Full Body Core Strength (Midlevel & Advanced)
  • 6:00 PM – Full Body Core Strength (Midlevel & Advanced)

Thursday

  • 9:30 AM – Barre Matt Stretch
  • 12:00 PM – Full Body Core Strength (Beginner & Senior)
  • 5:00 PM Full Body Core Strength (Mixed Level)

Friday

  • 9:30 AM – Full Body Core Strength (Midlevel & Advanced)
  • 12:00 PM – Full Body Core Strength (Beginner & Senior)
