Clinical Nutritionist, Exercise Physiologist, & Women’s Health & Lifestyle Specialist
Alison holds a Master of Science in Human Clinical Nutrition from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, and a bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science with a minor in Psychology. She is also a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDCES), having recently passed her certification exam with excellence.
Her nutrition philosophy centers on the belief that each person knows their body best. Alison strives to make every patient feel deeply heard, seen, and supported—working as a true ally on their health journey. Her focus areas include women’s health nutrition, pregnancy nutrition, and metabolic wellness.
Educating others about how to nourish their bodies is at the heart of Alison’s work. She emphasizes a primarily whole-food diet—rich in fruits, vegetables, high-quality proteins and fats—along with adequate hydration and daily movement as the cornerstones of long-term health.
For over a decade, Alison has worked as a personal trainer in South Jersey. She holds certifications in Functional Range Conditioning (FRCms), Exercise Physiology (ACSM), and Functional Range Assessment (FRA). She integrates movement into her nutrition practice, encouraging gentle, fun, pain-free ways to keep the body well.
Outside of work, Alison loves walking the beach or boardwalk, playing and teaching piano, reading mystery novels, playing beach volleyball, cooking, and enjoying great food.
