  • 8:00 AM – Full Body Core Strength (Midlevel & Advanced)
  • 12:00 PM – Full Body Core Strength (Beginner & Senior)
  • 5:00 PM – Yoga Arts

Wednesday

  • 8:00 AM Full Body Core Strength (Midlevel & Advanced)
